Having started with British Gas in 1991 on a 3 year apprenticeship to be a gas and heating engineer, I have developed extensive knowledge and gained many qualifications on all aspects of installation, servicing and breakdowns of boilers, fires, cookers, water heaters and central heating systems.

I am proud of the first hand experience that I have gained through working for British Gas, and ongoing training has kept me up to date with all the ever changing regulations and appliances.
